The Var CCI collects and processes your personal data because this processing is justified by the legitimate interest of the Var CCI (fraud prevention, security, etc.) and on the basis of your consent. Your data is collected directly while you are navigating on the site, either automatically, by means of cookies, or via the information input forms presented on the site. Retention period
The Var CCI keeps personal data for a period of three years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. This period commences from the date when the contact form is submitted.
The retention period for cookies is no longer than 13 months.
Exercise of the rights of individuals
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object (including the right not to be subject to a decision based exclusively on automated processing) or, where applicable, to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to the limitation and portability of your personal data.
